Can I have an invoice for NDIS?Updated 22 days ago

We would be most happy to assist with your NDIS order. We have 2 options for NDIS invoices:

1. The customer orders & pays for the product/s, we then send a tax invoice upon request for the customer to claim on NDIS.

or

2. We can send an invoice for you to pass on to your NDIS plan manager to pay. Once payment has been received we will dispatch your order. For this option we will need the following: 
-Product/s, quantity and colour/print you were wishing to purchase (can also send a screen shot or link if this is easier)
-Name, postal address, contact phone number and email of recipient
-NDIS number or any other references you need included on the invoice.
