We're sorry to hear your product is not working as it should. If you believe the product you received has a manufacturing fault, please fill out this form and our team will be in contact once the claim has been assessed. As we stock many different brands each one has its own process for warranty claims so depending on the brand of your product we may need to liaise with our stockist to process your claim and determine whether the fault is covered under warranty.
Wear and tear or improper use/care is not considered a fault. While the products we stock are of a high quality, nothing is indestructible and general wear and tear is common with products used by kids. Please show them how to use their new products properly so they are looked after to the best of their ability.
