I was charged for shipping protection but I do not want this on my order.Updated a month ago
We strongly suggest selecting shipping protection for all postal orders as this covers the parcel for loss or damage in transit. Without shipping protection we may not be able to provide compensation if your order becomes lost or damaged in transit.
If you would like shipping protection added to your order, please select the checkout option as highlighted in pink in the image example below.
If you do not want shipping protection on your order please ensure you select the option in bold as per the image example below.
In the image example below the option in bold does not include shipping protection, the option highlighted in pink does.
If you accidentally selected shipping protection for a pick up order please reach out to us with your order number and we will refund the amount to your original payment method. Please allow a day or so for the refunded amount to clear in your account. You will receive an email confirmation for the refund.
