What do I do if I receive the wrong item or a missing item in my order?Updated 21 days ago

We are sorry to hear you received the wrong item or are missing an item in your order! 

Kindly check the items you have received and their quantities against the packing slip that was included in your order. 

For a missing item, please check all the packaging and products in your parcel for the missing product. Sometimes we pack smaller or more fragile items inside lunch bags or within extra packaging. If the product still cannot be found, please contact our team via email on [email protected] for further assistance as soon as you receive your order.

In your email, please include your order number and a photo of all of the items you received in your order including the packaging.
