What if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?Updated 22 days ago
We strongly encourage customers to select for their orders to be sent with shipping protection at the check out to cover any losses or damages to your parcel while it is in transit. Without shipping protection we may not be able to assist if your parcel becomes lost or arrives damaged.
Lost parcels
If your parcel has not arrived on the date expected, please check your Australia Post tracking details for an updated delivery estimate. You can find the tracking link in the email we sent you once your order was dispatched (please check your spam/junk/promotions folder)
If the status of your parcel says delivered, but you have not received it, please check around your premises or with other members of your household if they have received it on your behalf. If the parcel can not be found, please contact our customer support team and we will investigate this with Australia Post.
Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged please contact our customer support team as soon as you receive the parcel. Please include clear photos of the damaged item/s along with photos of both the product packaging and box or satchel it was sent in.
