What should I do if I have not received an order confirmation email?Updated 22 days ago
You should receive an order confirmation email once your order has been confirmed. If you haven't received an order confirmation email it could be due to the following:
- The email may have landed in your spam/junk/promotions folder.
- There may have been a typo when you entered your email address. Please contact us and we can check, then resend the order confirmation.
- Do you have an alternate email address that you may have used? Sometimes the email attached to the payment method will over-ride what you have manually input. Please check your other email accounts.
- You order may not have been confirmed, for example, the payment method may have declined. Please check your bank account and reach out to our team if further investigation is needed.
