Where can I find the care instructions for the products?Updated 21 days ago

We stock many different brands and products, all which have differing care instructions. To avoid premature damage to your new products, and to encourage longevity we strongly suggest following the manufacturer's care instructions.

You can find the care instructions for each product on the product listing, or on the product itself.

Please note that not all lunchboxes are dishwasher safe. Some are strictly handwash only, and placing these products in the dishwasher will void the warranty (for example, bbox and OmieBox)

Some insulated lunch bags can be placed in the washing machine such as MontiiCo and bbox, however some are wipe-clean or hand-wash only.

It is recommended to ensure all fabric products such as lunch bags, and any products containing silicone are wiped clean of all food and allowed to thoroughly dry before storing. Packing these products away when they are still wet can encourage mould growth.
